JANUARY O4, 2019

Thank God its Friday! Resumed work today. Reported the expiration of my vehicle 'Road Worthiness'. Assured I will get a new on on Monday.
The Senior Marketing Executives held a meeting with Consultant, Mr. Soyemi. We were given targets for 2019 and the current outstanding of the accounts we manage. The meeting commenced at 10am and ended around 12noon. We conferred with the FC at the Ahmadiya office, to resolve any issues noticed with our accounts.
Finally left for Ikorodu around 2pm with the HOM, Mr. Bashiru getting a lift in my car. After dropping him off, I stopped over at Iya Fatimot Amala Joint along Ebute Rd to have lunch of amala and ewedu soup with 'ogufe' (goat) meat.
Finally arrived home around 5pm. Ify, not back from work yet. Spent the rest of the day attending to my clients, especially CAP PLC and Blandon-Asaba. Spent the rest of the night hosting with Ify, watching TV and watching musical videos on YouTube.
Slept off around 1pm.

Good morning Beloved Brethren, Date: SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 24, 2018 Topic: WALLS OF PROTECTION Text: Read: Proverbs 25:28 Daily Bible Study: Lev. 20-21; Matt. 28 “He that hath no rule over his own spirit is like a city that is broken down, and without walls” (Prov. 25:28). In Old Testament times, walls around a city were a symbol of strength and security. Without walls, a town would be left open to easy attack, not just from humans, but even from wild animals. When Prophet Nehemiah realized that the walls around the city of Jerusalem were in ruins, he wept and mourned certain days; fasted and prayed before the God of heaven (Neh. 1:4). As it is to a city, so it is to an individual; a person who has no self-control is like a city without walls. He or she is open to enemy attacks at any given moment. When we fail to exercise self-control, the spirits of lying, gossips, backbiting, hatred, tribalism, racism, jealousy, rage, frustration, bearing false witness, and more, can enter our...
