Topic: MAKE THE RIGHT DECISIONS
Text: Read: Revelation 20:12-13
Daily Bible Study: Gen. 37-38; Matt. 10

“…and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those thing which were written in the books, according to their works” (Rev. 20:12).

On the Day of Judgement, the books containing the names and deeds of all men will be opened. The book of life containing the names of those who have served and put their trust in Christ will also be opened. Will your name be in that book? Every day, we make choices and decisions. Some of these decisions are right and we live to enjoy them, while some are wrong and we regret them for the rest of our lives. But whatever the decisions we make and whatever actions we take, we will always have to face the consequences.
Whatever be the case, remember that someday you will stand before God, and be judged based on your decision and what you have done. Though some say there is nothing to worry about after death, in reality, there is everything to worry about! Another life begins after death, an eternal one. And that life is based on what we have done while here on earth.

So commit your life to God, and ask for wisdom and perspective to make the right decisions. Trust in Him to guide your thoughts, words and actions. Do not lean on your own understanding. Let the Holy Spirit rule and direct you daily in all the choices and decisions you make. Your good life here on earth and in righteous eternity depends on the good decisions you make each day while here on earth. So decide wisely.

Prayer: Dear Father, I commit the situations I face daily to You. Grant me Your wisdom and guidance to make the right decisions always, I pray in Jesus’ name – Amen.
