The Commander in Chief announced the bizarre ceremony in a tweet late Tuesday, writing: ‘I will be announcing THE MOST DISHONEST & CORRUPT MEDIA AWARDS OF THE YEAR on Monday at 5:00 o’clock. ‘Subjects will cover Dishonesty & Bad Reporting in various categories from the Fake News Media. For those of you who find my last sentence confusing, know that I wrote the sentence in Pidgin English. A unique form of English widy spoken in Nigeria, Ghana, Sierra Leonne and Gambia. The only snag is that I am kinda low with the cash. Just managing to scrap through. Got a 5k loan from Tate. Tate came into Lagos on the Thursday, 31st. I picked him up at Itamaga and brought him to my home. He left for Abuja this Saturday morning.
